If you are invited by an agency to manage businesses, you will use the organization login. If you are invited as a client to view reports, you will use the client portal invite flow.

1Confirm which URL to use.

• If you are part of a white-labeled agency, use the agency domain, such as dashboard.agency.com.
• If you are on the default Aldus domain, use app.alduslocal.com.
• If you are unsure, ask your agency or admin to provide the correct link.

2Accept your invitation.

• Open the invite email and click the invite link.
• If you do not see the email, check spam.
• If the link is expired, ask for a new invite.

3Create your password.

• Choose a strong password you will remember.
• The password is used for dashboard access, not for client portal access.

4Log in and confirm access.

• Log in using the same email from the invitation.
• Confirm that you can see the business list.

5Verify role and permissions.

• Open Organization Settings → Team Members.
• Confirm your role: Owner, Manager, or Member.
• If you do not see expected businesses, your access may not be assigned. Ask your admin to confirm business permissions.
